Architects of Bankable Development

EMG Advisory is a specialized consultancy that structures large-scale, infrastructure-backed real estate and economic development platforms. We operate at the intersection of capital, infrastructure, and market demand—transforming strategic intent into investable, executable, and commercially viable projects. In an era of ambitious urban expansion, industrial zone development, and infrastructure modernization, the gap between vision and viable execution remains vast. EMG Advisory exists to close this gap. We provide the strategic integration and commercial architecture that connects economic ambition with the disciplines of spatial planning, engineering, project delivery, and market positioning-the foundations required to attract capital and ensure long-term success.

His direct involvement in landmark projects forms the foundation of EMG’s approach:

A pioneering Public- Private Partnership (PPP) in Nigeria’s aviation sector, where he gained critical insight into the commercial structuring and operational demands of large-scale public infrastructure.

Delta State Integrated Development Projects:

Led the creation of a 100-year economic and infrastructure master plan. Oversaw strategic anchor projects, including the Delta State University Teaching Hospital in Oghara, a flagship facility that showcased the ability to deliver complex healthcare infrastructure from concept to completion.

Vocational Education Strategy for the NDDC:

For the Niger Delta Development Commission, Edwin directed the development of a regional vocational education strategy, demonstrating EMG’s expertise in human capital frameworks —essential for long-term economic zone and smart city viability.

New Kaima Smart City, Kaduna:

This record of tangible delivery across aviation, healthcare, education, and new city development underpins EMG Advisory’s methodology.

It is this hands-on execution experience that informs our consortium model—partnering with leading firms such as Profica Project Management—to ensure that every strategic plan is intrinsically linked to deliverable reality.
